The details behind every booking with TIL Travel.

Quotations and bookings

A quotation is a proposal. The hotels named in it are suggestions, not held, and nothing is reserved. Your booking is only confirmed once your deposit has been received and your voucher issued.

How your trip is arranged

Every trip is private. You won't be combined with another booking, and the same driver, or drivers if more than one vehicle is needed, and the same guide stay with you for the whole road journey; on the days in Antananarivo before or after a domestic flight, a local guide looks after you; on island tours, a local guide and driver look after you in each region.

Prices and payment

Prices are quoted in euros, per person, unless stated otherwise. A 30% deposit is due to confirm your booking. The balance is due 30 days before arrival. If you book within 30 days of arrival, full payment is due upfront.

Changes to your booking

Once confirmed, we'll do what we can to accommodate changes, subject to availability. Some changes may carry a cost, and we'll always confirm this with you first.

Cancellations

Before your deposit is paid, there's no charge. Once confirmed, cancellation charges apply as follows: more than 60 days before arrival, €150 per person; 45 to 60 days, 20% of the total value; 30 to 44 days, 50%; 15 to 29 days, 70%; 14 days or less, 100%.

Your responsibilities

You're responsible for providing accurate traveller details, and for checking passport, visa and health requirements before you travel.

Travel insurance

Compulsory for every traveller, covering medical expenses, evacuation, repatriation and cancellation.

Complaints

Report any problem during your trip so we can act on it immediately. Written complaints after the trip should be submitted within 14 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Madagascar, courts of Antananarivo.
