You’ll spend time in tranquil forests, encounter lemurs in their natural habitat, and enjoy peaceful days by the beach. You’ll have plenty of time to relax, explore at your own pace, and connect with local communities. During whale season, you’ll also have the chance to spot humpback whales swimming along the coast. This trip is ideal for travelers seeking a peaceful getaway in a natural setting.Day 1 – Arrival in Antananarivo
Airport pickup and transfer to the hotel. Overview of the tour
Day 2 – Departure to Andasibe
After breakfast at the hotel, we'll set out to explore the city of Antananarivo before continuing our journey to Andasibe.
Day 3 – Visit of Andasibe National Park
After breakfast, we'll start a visit to Andasibe National Park, which will last about 3 hours. After the visit, we'll return to the hotel for lunch. The afternoon will be leisure time.
Day 4 – Departure to Mahambo
After breakfast, drive to Mahambo. It's a long day on the road, but we'll have plenty of time to enjoy the scenery along the way.
Day 5 – Transfer to Sainte Marie
After breakfast, transfer by boat to Sainte Marie. The trip takes about 2 hours. Upon arrival in Sainte Marie, time to relax and enjoy the beach.
Day 6 – Leisure time in Sainte Marie
This day is completely open-ended: you can choose your own favorite activities.
Day 7 – Whale watching
After breakfast, departure for the whale-watching boat tour. This excursion lasts about 4 hours. Afterward, return to the hotel for lunch and leisure time for the rest of the day.
Day 8 – Excursion to Iles Aux Nattes
After breakfast, departure for the excursion to Îles Aux Nattes. The entire day will be devoted to the beach and snorkeling. You’ll have lunch at a local restaurant there. Before the end of the day, return to the hotel.
Day 9 – Flight to Antananarivo
After breakfast, transfer to Sainte Marie Airport according to your flight schedule to take the flight to Antananarivo.
Day 10 – International departure
After breakfast, you’ll have free time for souvenir shopping in the city. Then, transfer to the airport for your international flight. End of the trip
